How to Register

It's simple to register with Nanny Search although we have a policy of interviewing all candidates face to face. If you are not able to attend an interview immediately you can start the registration process by going to Register Now or you can post fax or email you CV to us. Unfortunately, except in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to give out contact numbers of employers until the interview, verification and reference check process has been completed.

If you are currently overseas we may be able to arrange for an agent in your country to interview you. Meanwhile we can begin to check your CV and references to enable you to find a position as soon as practicable after you arrive.

We are confident that our friendly, helpful co-ordinators will be able to find the kind of position that you are looking for.

When you come for interview you will need to bring your portfolio with you including the following: -

1. Two forms of identity that show a photo, if possible. i.e. passport and/ or driving license.
2. Your driving license
3. Proof of address if it differs to the address on your I.D. above.
4. Police check or proof that you have applied for one.
5. One happy photo for us to use in the office - Any photo will do.
6. Employment and character references. Please make sure to include the names, addresses and telephone numbers from at least two childcare positions, preferably the two most recent.
7. Relevant original Diplomas or Certificates but at the very minimum your NNEB, BTEC diploma so that we can verify them with the examining body.

If you are applying by post fax or online please try to include copies of the above.

Registration for the baby-sitting service is done in the same way as registering for a permanent position.

Remember, you do not need to register with us to attend a training session or use the resource library and drop in centre.

If you do not have a portfolio or C.V. the Nanny Search team can help you put one together. If you have any difficult getting the above items together don't panic just call us for help or advice.
